For the crust:
- 200 g digestive biscuits or graham crackers
- 100 g melted butter
For the filling:
- 400 g cream cheese (full fat)
- 250 ml heavy cream (whipped)
- 100 g sugar or honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 bananas (sliced)
- 200 g fresh strawberries (chopped)
- Optional: a bit of lemon juice to prevent bananas from browning
For the topping:
- Whipped cream
- Fresh strawberries
- Colorful sprinkles
- Optional: crushed nuts or biscuit crumbs
👩🍳 Instructions
- Prepare the crust:
Crush the biscuits finely (in a blender or with a rolling pin), mix with melted butter, and press into the bottom of a springform pan (about 24 cm / 9 inches). Chill in the fridge. - Make the filling:
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Gently fold in the whipped cream.
Add sliced bananas and chopped strawberries. Stir gently to combine.
Pour the mixture onto the crust and smooth the top.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. - Decorate:
Top with whipped cream, fresh strawberries, colorful sprinkles, and optionally crushed nuts or biscuit crumbs.
